Thomas is a Spatial Audio Designer, Sound Designer, Composer and co-founder of scopeaudio and Sonic Traces. He studied Media Arts at the University of Applied Arts in Salzburg focusing on multichannel audio applications. After working on projects like the sound installation in the BMW Museum, Thomas focused on designing 3D audio environments for VR/AR/XR. Currently he is developing immersive augmented audio stories – 6DoF 3D AR Audio, and only audio, on your smartphone. He is creating immersive stories and virtual interactive sound sceneries to walk through.
He is also a university teacher at Central European University, FH St. Pölten and Royal Conservatoire The Hague.
